Refund policy

Returns
Certain items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Cancellations and Refunds
After an order has been processed, we aren't able to cancel the order or issue a refund.

Discounts
Discounts for first-time orders can only be applied once per household. If this rule is violated once, you can either pay the remainder of the order value and receive the order or have the order canceled and be refunded the order value except for a 50% violation/restocking fee.
