We offer a personalized meal plan subscription service, where we learn all about your pup, create a customized meal plan to meet their unique dietary needs, and then deliver real-food meals to your door in pre-portioned, ready-to-serve packages on a recurring basis.

We are a fast-growing start-up based in Richmond Hill, Ontario, and we're looking for a team member who is a hard worker, creative problem-solver, organized, and detail-oriented to join our pack!

Job Summary

As a Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate, you will support the order fulfillment, picking, packing, and production operations at our Richmond Hill facility. This full-time position requires a hands-on, self-motivated worker who can maintain high efficiency while ensuring quality standards. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Production team. This is a full-time position based at our Richmond Hill facility. Personal transportation or proximity to location is strongly preferred.

Key Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills
• Reliable transportation or residence within commuting distance of Richmond Hill facility
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 60 lbs regularly
• Availability to work full-time hours

Core Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment & Production

• Pick and pack orders accurately according to order specifications, including insulation, gel packs and marketing material as needed
• Package raw dog food meals following recipes and safety standards
• Prepare and package dog treats per recipes
• Apply shipping labels and feeding instruction labels
  
  

Administration & Systems

• Process orders through Shopify and delivery platforms
• Use project management tools like Asana for task tracking
• Print and organize packing slips and shipping labels
• Upload shipping details to courier systems
• Coordinate with shipping partners for pickups/deliveries
• Maintain accurate digital records
• Follow established processes and organizational systems
  
  

Warehouse Operations

• Process incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Unload and load pallets from trucks
• Transfer products between storage and freezer areas
• Move master cases and boxes (up to 60 lbs)
  
  

Facility & Inventory Management

• Maintain inventory management system
• Keep production and fulfillment areas clean
• Manage waste disposal
• Follow food safety and H&S procedures
