As the situation with COVID-19 continues to unfold, our utmost priority is the safety and well-being of our customers, pets and our staff. We will continue to monitor the situation and make decisions based on government recommendations, science and transparency.
We want to ensure that healthy, nutritious pet food is still accessible during these difficult times. Therefore, we will continue to operate with heightened safety measures, including maintaining our contactless delivery service.
To further assist our community, we will be reducing our prices by 30% on every first order placed for the time being and will continue to offer free delivery on all orders.
