The dog park is accessible by path and is about a 20-minute walk from the parking lot. If you and your pup prefer a more scenic experience the park provides easy access to the extensive Walter Bean Trail and Grand River, which is also a great spot to hike, bike, canoe, and fish. Other amenities in the park include sports fields, volleyball courts, and a playground. Kiwanis Park is free to enter; however, there are fees to access the outdoor swimming pool, change rooms, showers, picnic tables, and snack bar.
